The Dempsey Farms Beef Box includes a variety of steaks, ground beef, burgers, roasts, burgers etc.
10lb box: 3lb primal or regular ground beef, 1 pack burgers, 1 pack of burgers, 3lb steak 1-2 roasts.
20lb box: 6lb primal or regular ground beef, 2 pack of burgers,1lb beef shank, 6lb of steaks, 2-4 roasts
50lb box: 15lb primal or regular ground beef, 2lb shank, 2lb primal ground, 5 pack of burgers, 15 lb of steak, 5-7lb roasts
Steaks will include a mix of ribeye, strip-loin, sirloin and round.
